The name comes from an older now discontinued theme, as it was the first set ever in my life I received. And, even though I was prone to losing pieces I am lucky enough to still have this.
My Millimy! No, those aren't her original wings (all hail bricklink) but I have her still and that's what matters. She is perhaps one of the most precious things to me in the whole collection (aside from the Lego my partner has gifted me). Because of her and her theme, I decided to name my Town Belville. 
It has gone though several phases, as I have moved around a lot. Above, is my town somewhere between January 2018 and May 2018. At the end of May I moved, so had to dismantle my town. 
As of Mid November 2018, this is how Belville looked. Not to the top left of it is a 'princess district' - I intend to add the 2018 Sleeping Beauty Castle and Cinderella Castle. Right of this is a Creator 3-in-1 Beachside Vacation and next to that is a Friendship House inspired Boarding and Day school. Next to that is a reworked 3-in-1 Pool Side Holiday. Right and down from that is a Bakery - made from and inspired by the original Heartlake Cupcake Cafe.
Front left is a 'All things Small' park for the bunnies, mice and other little things that roam Belville.
